Position: Female Support Worker
Pay: £13 per hour
Shifts: Days or Nights
Contract: Full-Time or Part-Time
What You’ll Do
- Provide person‑centred support
- Assist with medication, cooking, cleaning, and daily activities
- Offer emotional support and promote independence
- Support community access and engagement
- Empower people to learn, grow, and enjoy hobbies
- Manage challenging behaviours calmly and consistently
What We’re Looking For
- Outgoing, approachable, and confident
- Fair and resilient
- Compassionate with a positive attitude
- Great communication and problem‑solving skills
- Flexible, organised, and a team player
- Able to manage challenging situations
Essential: Mental Health experience
Desirable: Full UK Driving Licence
