• Empower adults with disabilities and complex needs through person-centred care.
• Support with daily living: medication, meals, cleaning, and admin.
• Be the emotional anchor and practical helper they can count on.

What We’re Looking For

• Care experience (bonus if you’ve supported mental health or complex needs).
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence – essential.
• Flexible, organised, and IT-savvy.
